Teotig was born in 1873 to Armenian parents in Üsküdar (Istanbul) and died in Paris, 1928. He was also known for his "Golgotha of the Armenian Clergy” book and “Dib U Dar” book, which gives the comprehensive information about Armenian printing life in the world, in 20 different countries and 92 cities, where total of 462 armenian press operated.
